To close this thread.  I had 50, maybe more, that I got from a railroad auction.  They

were all new and in the box EIMAC.  Didn't look at the code date.  When I posted the

listing I got several responses saying that they were worthless and not much use or demand for them.  So not wanting to pursue any method of disposing of them I gave them to  a respondee who offered to take them for postage.  So they are on their way to a good home, a junk pile, someone will increase their bank account, or maybe Ebay.  Anyway end of story.
