Ron,

We sell and have used the Astron line for years.  The RS-35A should
flawlessly provide 25Amps continuously and 35A peak duty cycle.  I have
never seen or had to use a fan on them for any reason, have some in boxes
outside for commercial stations and have not had a failure other than
lightning hits.

Some units use a single 64K/25V cap for filtering of unregulated output of
rectifiers, eliminating one capacitor and just use the single 48K would
probably work OK.

You have a nice supply, overvoltage and overcurrent protected, a fan should
not be necessary unless you are using it in direct sunlight in Arizona or
somewhere.
