[Boatanchors] Sealing Wax on Coil Cores

Best thing I have found is a small tipped soldering gun.  Use just enough 
heat to liquefy the wax and then adjust.  Usually when you are finished, you 
may have to reheat the wax to reseal the slug.

IF you can get it, REAL beeswax is the best wax to use.  It melts at a 
slightly higher temperature than paraffin sealing wax and the heat of an 
enclosed/cabineted tube radio won't heat it enough to melt it.
