Well i bet you can't guess where the process starts! Or who's idea it is. Anyway, be careful about the energy efficient lights that they boast about for your house. The ones with 4-5 turns on them and run in the $6-$9 range. Energy savings over thousands of hours. Because they have an infusion of Mercury, if you break one, don't tell anyone or the government will make your place their new environmental camp site. Fines and EPA people will become live-ins. They have a procedure in the event that happens but i don't think i would care to mention it to anyone. Kind of like having knobs and meters that glow in the dark sometimes!

I have several in my house and so far none have caused any noise in the radios. One 100W unit here in the radio room is but 5 ft from my radios. However, i did read the lable on one brand , in Walmart i think it was and they specifically mentioned that they should NOT be used in close proximity to electronic equipment because of Noise.

I won't buy a GE product because they still do much business with Iran and "can't seem to stop"!

I've not had one of the LED flashlights yet but thought they would be pretty neat.
