I have some Aerotron manuals from the late 1970s into the 1980s.  Is the base solid-state or tubes?

I am the proud owner of this base.  I have no idea of the actual model but the PA box has the following number on it: 6N100.  Other than that I have no info and would love to find someone that has a schematic and chassis layout or even a scanned manual.
