[Boatanchors] Baking Transformers

Good idea, but, IMO, you need a much longer bake. Tektronix used 24 to 48
hours. You need to bake it long enough to let all the moisture escape from
the center of the windings.

You can easily make a bake oven with a a box and a lamp bulb and thermometer.
