Roy: Hmmm...ya think that 2/100 of a picoampere will make a difference, huh?  Wowie...I bet that the residual body oils I leave behind from handling the poor thingies will cause more of a stir. 



As far as "made in America" is concerned, perhaps they are not, but I get the impression that the Illinois Cap folks really do make them domestically.  I could be wrong, though.
