I've passed this along before, but IMHO Bob's Antique Radios offers the 
best deal going on high quality mylar (and electrolytic) caps, his 25 
pc. bags are nearly 1/2 the price of most other sources:

Note he's very reasonable on shipping too.  Bob is a long-time member of 
the Antique Radio Club of Illinois and does this as a service to 
hobbyists rather than to make a big profit.   (And if you can't use 25 
pcs, you're just not trying very hard!)
