[Boatanchors] Multicore solder specifications?

I was never a very enthusiastic user of Kester. That used to be all you
could get a the local hardware stores! When I "discovered" Ersin Multicore
working in a radio shop one summer, I fell in love with it (early 1950's).

This latest Kester "44" stuff is quite good. I built my Elecraft K1 and
add-on pc boards with it and it worked well. the Ersin was still a tad
better, but I couldn't find it at the time in small gauges.

This remaining spool I was trying to identify, I bought when I got the roll
of Kester #44. I ran out of small gauge Ersin solder at that time, and
never got around to getting more from Allied or Newark.

I've used Erwin Multicore solder quite a bit and always liked it. The
smell of Kester's flux on the other hand seemed foul to me. Maybe I am
from another planet, dunno.
