The transformer output is likely not a true sine wave.  If you are using 
an average-responding meter and not a true RMS-responding meter, the 
readings will be off.  Hang a scope across the output and check the 
waveform.

> I have a Sola Transformer, Catalog no. 71105 that is being used in the power supply for my BC-348. As I did not build this supply and am having some problems. (Example 4.4 volts on the heater of the 5Y3)  I am supect of some of the values I am getting. I have gone on line to find the values of this transformer with no success. Would anyone happen to have that information?
