[Boatanchors] WANTED: Relay Rack Shelf Brackets

Dick why not just a rack shelf??? These are
readily available most anywhere.. I have three in
my rack now... 
Mid Atlantic or Atlas Sound have the best...

the rack and have a lip one can put a flat plate
