Hadn't thought about those; that's another avenue to inspect. I wonder
how they are with respect to insulating properties at temperatures above
200°C. The max rated temp on the 8791 is 250°C, at which point the seals
apparently start coming unglued and the tube is expected to lose vacuum.
I hope to stay well below that, but don't know where on the thermometer
it'll wind up running.
