Yep. It's good up to 500 MHz according to the datasheet, and I see an
IEEE article showing that the Army and Burle were using them to 1 GHz at
10 KW in some application or other. I'm not an IEEE member and won't pay
their inflated price for a PDF of the paper, but it sounds like this is
a really big horse of a tube.
