[Boatanchors] Question,voltage multiplier circuit?

274 in the Modulator Section there is a bias circuit on the lower section of
the schematic...   First I don't see how it could work without some kind of
chassis  ground  and also it appears to be sending positive voltage to the
external bias plug..  There is a good chance I just don't understand the
circuit...  This circuit appears in some later handbooks also...  The
circuit is for "A 50-Watt Class AB1 Modulator" using four 1625's...  Joe
