The PA station is WMLK, Bethel, PA, right along the westbound side of I-78, about 60 miles west of Easton PA. A home-made looking lazy H or something similar mounted between two telephone poles, oriented east/west. Owned by the Assemblies of Yahweh, religious broadcaster on 9465 Khz.

I don't know of another SW station in Tennessee. I think there is one in Kentucky and I definately know there is one in the eastern part of Pennsylvania.
