[Boatanchors] Reconing PM-23 speaker

Some time ago I asked about reconing a PM-23 speaker and got a couple of responses from people who did it which I lost. The voice coil rubs, I believe the spider has come unglued, it works but of course sounds terrible. Does anyone have experience with these? I would like it to be original, I forgot if the cone itself is damaged.
