Not everyone spends all their available time on the Internet.  I happened to reply when I first read the message.  A little later I read your reply.  I normally get the messages in the order in which they were sent and reply to each message when I read it.

I am very sorry if I offended you by making a similar comment before reading your comment.  However, you should be happy that others support what you offered instead of being offended that others stated basically the same thing.  But, each to his/her own.

Different voltage regulator tubes have different gasses and therefore they do glow at different colors.  I believe that an orange glow is proper for a 75 volt regulator tube.
