[Boatanchors] NC 300

I just purchased a NC 300 in good condition except for the crystal filter which does not seem to work, anyone have any suggestions for this rig, modifications, experiences with it etc etc, hope to get an AM trans ASAP and get on AM again, I last time I was on AM was 2 meters AM with heath twoer as a Novice( that really dates me I guess)
