[Boatanchors] Hammarlund HQ-180A Clock ??

Many years ago, when I was using a HQ-170A as my main station receiver,
I removed the clock and installed a crystal oscillator module that
allowed me exact frequency selection for some of the 75 and 40 meter
traffic nets that I participated in. It had a switch that selected the
proper crystal, removed b+ from the variable HFO, and routed the "new"
HFO signal to the mixer. I think I used a 6EA8 as an oscillator /
buffer. It worked really great. Unfortunately, I have since misplaced
the drawings, after all this was 45 years ago, but it shouldn't be all
that hard to figure out what needs to be done from the description.
