Hi Greg -

I'll add that your Eldico always sounds great when I hear you on the air 
with it.  I've never quite understood what the differences in the "MIL" 
version are.  I think they are crystal-controlled with some limited VXO 
tuning ability?    The matching KW amp running a pair of 4CX250Bs looks 
like a nice piece of work, too.

My "Eldico S-119 Line" is in the repair queue - it works but needs the 
usual going-over to be first rate.  Everyone probably knows the story 
about the history with Collins.   In my opinion, it's on the same level 
as Collins electrically (most describe it as a "clone"), but definitely 
not cosmetically.
