[Boatanchors] Need Info on Jackson 648R Tube Tester

So you got a lot for your $25 book! I refused to spend the money as 99% 
of the info is available and his alignment procedure is wrong.

I was told by the fellow who has accumulated data on the Jackson 648

testers that the S can do those but the R cannot (without and adaptor).
