[Boatanchors] Warning fake TS-530 listing on Ebay

Hi,
    He took the item pictures and description from my personal website and 
then listed it as if he had the item to sell. He even claims to have taken 
the pictures himself. The winning bidder will not receive this radio. I am 
trying to spread the word as I know that I would want to know if some one 
was trying to pull a fast one on an item that I had won. Both ebay and 
paypal among others have been contacted about this. The reason for 
contacting Paypal was due to them most likely handling the transfer of 
funds.

Is he not really selling a TS-530, or is this a case of using "already taken
pictures?" Some will use a "stock" photo. However, most will say that you're
not bidding on that specific radio. "Item may vary" type deal.

    The Ebay listing in the first link below has been stolen from my web
site. The item that the seller has listed is sitting in my shack and is not
for sale. This seller has stolen my description and pictures and listed it
at an Ebay auction as his own. I do not know this seller and in no way gave
him permission to do what he did. The winner of the auction will not receive
the radio listed. Ebay has been contacted. If you know the winner of this
auction please pass along this information to them.
