Sorry.  The ARC and ARC-1 were VHF radar countermeasures receivers (General 
Radio P-540).  Had the revisions gotten up to ARC-5, it presumably would have 
covered 54-4000 MCand run off of 115 VAC 400 CPS..  And probably had alternate 
nomenclature SCR-587-D or -E.  But in the event, that revision was AN/APR-4Y.

Strangely, ARC was not the first VHF countermeasures receiver to see service. 
 That was ARD.  I once had about 30 crated ARD-2's.
