[Boatanchors] Juno AD Tag Lines

Since Jim pointed it out, this is directed to Juno users. If you want to
disable the ad tag line that appears each time you send a message, you
need to log in to your Juno account on their web site. Go into your
account profile and disable that annoying function. I can't remember if
you add a check mark or remove a check mark, but it should be fairly
obvious when you find that field.
