Better be prepared to restuff them Mike as many are leaky. Leakage often
doesnt show up using a multimeter either, you need an old capacitor tester
that tests up to 500-600V or so. I use a 1941 Solar CE that I restored (it
had leaky caps...) which works as good as higher priced brands usually on
Ebay.
