[Boatanchors] materials new to me

This is meaningless Audiphool crap. They are plain old resistors from the
late 1930s or early 1940s. The ONLY value I can see in them is for
replacing vintage (bad) resistors with like type & style.

The sale description is hype, meaningless jargon, and fraud. PERIOD.
