Ed:  At USS LST325 we do that with ship's WW2 gear.  The local Radio club
members congregate here to run two stations simultaneously and some
are not familiar with the original modes so we have an SSB xcvr just for
that mode. (oh well)

Spent the first few hours on 3885 and then 3880 AM.  CW on 7040....

Some ships, such as Battleship USS Massachsetts, do not permit any
gear newer than 1945.  Good for them....

As for W8DBF's comment about the veterans...not all Museum ship ops are
vets, but the Naval ships are real vets, with campaign ribbons!
