[Boatanchors] TRW datafor power transistor type TRW 1179

Good day gentlemen,
does anyone have any details of TRW semiconductors please. I have had zero results from many enquiries for a data sheet on TRW 1179 power transistors.
If you do have data even basic would you be kind enough to mail it to me. I am aware that this device is rather "mature" and probably became obsolete a very long time back. Most retailers who supply this sort of device say it has never existed but I have twenty of them and I really dont imagine that number of components when seen all together.!
