[Boatanchors] Update on Garey Barrell

Received the following from Garey's daughter this afternoon.

"Hi Tom,
Just wanted to give you a quick update on Dad...he is still in the 
Cardiac Surgery ICU but is slowly improving.  The doctors do expect a 
full recovery but it is just taking a bit longer than any of us 
anticipated.  I have been bringing in the well wishes from his e-mail, 
he has also really enjoyed getting some ham cards (I don't know what the 
correct term for them is!) and even some get-well cards at the house. 
These have been very helpful in lifting his spirits, and it is fun for 
us to see all of the different places in the world he is receiving notes 
from.  If you wouldn't mind sharing this with your groups/lists, I would 
really appreciate it!  Thank you!"

So keep those cards and letters coming folks!  Remember, Garey's e-mail 
will be delivered to him at k4oah at mindspring.com .
