No problem.  Would contribute a small 60 hz  component to the DC  
output from the rectifiers which your smoothing filter would eliminate  
along with the 120 hz ripple.  If your filament transformer doesn't  
have a center tap and you're still worried about it, connect a couple  
of 10 ohm, 10W resistors in series across your filament transformer  
secondary and take your DC off the center point.
