[Boatanchors] Johnson Thunderbolt

Keith,

I don't have any parts but my T-Bolt is original and complete if you 
need any high res pictures of parts of the interior as you rebuild 
yours.  Most (probably all of the knobs) are also used on other Johnson 
units.  I probably have a few Johnson knobs from other projects.  Let me 
know which knob you are missing and I will see if I have a matching one.
