I've ordered from Mouser more than once: <http://www.mouser.com/>. 

Since you don't give us a shopping list, it's hard to know what you
want, and so I can't tell you whether Mouser has it or not. I have a
Mouser catalog in my lap as I'm typing this, and it shows a lot of disc
ceramic capacitors with leads from AVX, Mallory, Murata, Vishay,
Sprague, and Xicon. Mouser didn't have a minimum order, last time I
looked, and shipped very promptly every time I ordered stuff.
