[Boatanchors] Info please: Solid State replacements for 816's?

    Am concerned that the 816 mercury vapor rectifiers in my 
Globe King project can be problematic in terms of flashover 
failures.
    Are there solid state diode stack replacements available, 
and has anyone had experience making the changeover?
