My only TX experience with RG-6 was to 80M slopers I tried out in the late 
80's. Power was 1200W to an under 2:1 VSWR and it survived for a year until 
I moved here.

As long as the VSWR is kept down it should be fine to 10M with a small amp 
such as a SB-200 with a good safety factor. Size wise its almost the same as 
8X.
