After critters destroyed a quad shielded and flooded RG-6 and RG-11 setup I
installed a central distribution switch box and run 750' of 1/2" hardline to
the house. All the Beverages get their own hardline feeds to the switch.
The longest TX run is 450' to the top of the 180' tower.
In 20 years Ive never had one problem with that cable or connectors.
