[Boatanchors] Civil Defense Viking II

Hi Mike,
If I remember correctly, the Viking II CDC was different in the
following ways:
1. Continuous coverage from 1.7~30 mc
2. Three wire mic connector with built in PTT relay
3. Another tube and an over modulation circuit
4. I think the band switch had frequency vs Ham band markings.
I recently got rid of my CDC model and it was slightly different than my
non-CDC model.
