[Boatanchors] Civil Defense Viking II

There are component and wiring differences between the two Viking II's.
The oscillator and buffer coils have additional taps on them in the CDC
version. There is an additional coil (L7 I think) in the final. Some
additional components around the mike jack. An added rectifier diode off
the modulation secondary. Probably a few other differences.
