$200-400 depending on condition. Check the condition of the sockets,
especially the 9 pin mini socket for excessive wear and play. Check
inside for mold. Missing or stripped screws could indicate internal
problems that require constant access to the insides but this is rare.
If the meter is broke, junk it.
