[Boatanchors] Help on drilling out knob setscrew

A last ditch nuclear option I've had to use a couple of times is a
Dremel with a small carbide or diamond-grit stone. After the dust
settles and the knob is off, drill out the damaged hole and tap it for a
fatter set screw. Careful grinding with a small stone usually causes
less collateral damage than a drill bit. Small EZ-outs are available but
don't work well in shallow holes like a set screw head. Finally, in
aluminum knobs I use a tiny touch of anti-seize on set screw threads to
circumvent future problems.
