[Boatanchors] Miniature tube socket contact brushes

Carl,

Ditto.  Am not in favor of ANY cleaner that leaves a residue, regardless of 
brand.  I figure the radios
were made 50+ years ago, before the cleaner companies existed worked fine 
then.  If properly cleaned
and put back in service, should work OK again.

Cleaners for contacts, dirtly switches etc,  I prefer Miller-Stephenson 
MS-230, no residue and seems to work just fine.
