If you go back and read that "so called agreement" it does not 
mention anything about copy writes.  Very strange thing indeed.  You 
will notice that Vintage Manuals still sells "copies".  Anything 
produced before, what, 1968 is expired anyway and the DX 35 is 
definitely before that.
