[Boatanchors] D104 microphones and stands

I get excellent audio reports using the Mouser part number 25LM022 high impedance cartridge.  They are under $5.  The only problem when using in the D-104 is that you have to make some sort of adapter to fit the D-104 because the Mouser element is smaller in diameter than the original.

I am SURE that this subject has been discussed before on the reflector: What is recommended as a replacement cartridge for the D 104? I have read, on the lists about, the elements from Mouser Electronics and have looked at them in the Catalogue. I have also read some folks say that the Mouser elements don't sound too good.
 
I have some D 104s that need replacement elements. I am also looking for a couple of T-UG8 microphone stands.
