The old Allen Bradley pots are still made by NTE Electronics.  You 
can order them from Allied or Mouser and I suspect Newark.  They are 
not in the catalogs but if you will call or email Mouser's tech 
help, they will provide a link to the specifications page.

They have the screwdriver adjust type, the short shaft and the long 
shaft type for sale.  They also, when I needed one, had the lock nut 
type with either type of shaft.  I bought a couple of the short 
screwdriver w/ locknut for a project about a year ago.
