[Boatanchors] R-390 or R-392 meters?

some of them have faces with a bit of radioactive material (Radon?) on them
like the old watches.

Hi Ian,
I checked these to see if they did glow, and they don't. The radioactive
stuff was to excite a phosphor to make the glow (sort of like a
spintheroscope). So, I also checked to see if these had a phosphor that
could be excited under an incandescent light to glow; nothing. Finally, I
tried illuminating them with UV; still no glow.
