[Boatanchors] HA-1 TO keyer with modern SS rigs

I have one (doenst work yet). Seems it has a relay on the output so, it should be able to key anything

Hello, guys.  I know that the topic of TO keyer's was on the list here 
within the few last weeks, but I deleted the posts in cleaning out the 
mailbox.  It only stands to reason then that another ham contacted me 
today, inquiring about the possibility of using one with a modern-day SS 
transceiver.

Can someone supply me with a brief synopsis?
