The R7000 IF out is nominally 10.7 but is at a very low level and
wideband. So you will probably need some gain in whatever you build to
ensure correct operation of the 620. I dont know what input level
range it needs but the R7000 IF out is close to input signal
level-little or no overall gain in the receiver to that point.
