Robert a Buddy Pole is a very expensive portable
antenna.. Around $300 to $500 but you are going to
need the coils if you are building one. That is
the expensive part.There are a lot of lesser
priced portable antenna's out there.

Mark,

You're going to have an expensive homebrew,
whatever a Buddipole is.  The AN-30 and AN-30-B
fit the BC-322 (of SCR-195) pre-war VHF packset.
Retail $50 +/- each.
