[Boatanchors] TCS 14 value

Greetings All, A neighbor ham has a TCS 14 set up. I am trying
to help him find a ballpark value for it. He has the RX, TX, power
supply and a lot of accessories including manual and metal container/s
that it all comes in. If anyone can help with info on this stuff please
