Greg,

It doesn't (fit a rack cabinet).  The modifier of the BC-348-JNQ replaced the 
front panel.  Lot of work in that.  I once did a BC-221 (it had no cabinet or 
cal book).  I have a BC-342 on the shelf here that someone did the same way.  
Doesn't look bad.  Except that he or someone painted the rack panel with 
aluminum paint.
