[Boatanchors] Strange message - Followup

And I have emailed (on a separate account) the apparent
subscriberwhose account and/or server MAY have triggered
the "spam" reaction such as I see if I send a message
to more than 100 recipients at one time.
 
The United States Power Squadrons (boating organization)
had to come up with a workaround to preclude its server
from bouncing messages with multiple addressees.
